    Alright Kat you just made me cry first thing in the morning. It really sucks when you lose a parent so young, I lost my dad at 17, and the first year without them is always the hardest. The best thing you can do for that little girl is exactly what you're doing now, being a friend and someone she can rely on. After my dad died a lot of his friends claimed they we're going to help my mom and I with whatever they could, only to never be heard from again. Stay in her life because trust me it will mean a lot to her.

    @Doug, Thanks for the comment, and I didin't mean to make you cry, although I was fighting doing just that myself during that recording....
    and I was trying really hard not to use my "teacher voice" guess I didn't do a very good job of that lol
